Để nắm trả lời các câu hỏi về chủ đề này các bạn cần tìm hiểu các mẫu câu về các thông tin sau :
1. Vị trí địa lý : Eg: My hometown is (located) in the northern/central of Vietnam...
2. Điểm nổi bật : My hometown is the birthplace of.../ has the worldwide reputation for...
3. Quy mô : My hometown is the medium city with millions of citizens / small city with a beautifull landscape/ collection of villages with rich natural resources.
4. Lịch sử : There are many historical sites / pagoda/ temple/ national park/ ancient battlefield....
Hay ví dụ như : My home town used to be the capital city of....
The history of my hometown could be dated (Lịch sử của thành phố tôi có từ...)
5.Tiện ích (facilities) : ví dụ như (gyms, schools, hospitals, public transport, leisure facilities...)
Eg. The facilities in my city are well-developed, including : gyms, schools, universities, hopitals...
6. Sự chọn lựa (selections) : alot of choices in my hometown ( go shopping, watch films, play sports...)
Eg.Life in my hometown is so interesting, people have a lot of choices like :go shopping, watching films, playing sports...
7. Cơ hội ( Opportunity ) : well-paid jobs, education, easy for job hunting...
Eg. Opportunities/Chances in my hometown are easy, from education to job-hunting, from making friends to watching a show....
8. Nhịp sống ( Life pace) : competitive , stressfull, comfy and cosy life...
Eg. My home town is less competitive and stressful than Hanoi, so young people may live a comfy and cosy life in such an environment.
Trên đây là một vài gợi ý về ý tưởng khi các em nói về home-town của mình, có một vài từ mới, nhưng đó đều là những từ vựng rất hay phù hợp với chủ đề, các em tra từ điểm nếu chưa biết, hoặc có thể comment bên dưới nếu không tra được.
